Domino's Pizza

Worst experience ever ordering pizza. Manager was good tried his best to make it right but won’t order again. First pizzas never showed and free replacements one had no sauce on it. Hard when you have two little boys waiting for there pizza and it takes forever to get and it’s still wrong. Very frustrating.

The workers here are all super friendly and the service is top notch. Couldnt ask for a better staff!

I have ordered from here twice on a weekend night (after 11 pm). I was quoted two hours, called after this time frame, and was just told "sorry, we're running behind." The second time it never even showed up. Don't bother wasting your time with this location. What a rip off.

Every time I call in for delivery the person picks up the phone and says "thank you for calling dominoes can you hold please thank you" and doesnt leave me any time to say anything before putting me on hold. Then they leave me on hold for 10 minutes.

The service here can be deplorable at times. Pro tip: if you're going to order from here, get it for carryout instead of delivery. Once, we waited over an hour to get a simple, 2 pizza order. Understandably, it was 2 am during finals week, but it was still far too long when Isla Vista is hardly a 10 minute bike ride from even the furthest residence halls on campus.

They're fast and the prices are good

I work at dominos, thus my review is biased.However I remember this one time I threw up after I ate dominos (not because of food poisoning but it because of a medical condition) and that was the best tasting vomit I have ever had. My vomit tasted like cheesy bread and garlic. I wish all my vomit tastes like dominos.

I ordered a pizza, they told me it was 2 hour delivery wait. I waited an hour and 30 minutes. Then dominos called and told me they couldn’t deliver because I was too far. Why couldn’t they tell me this early on?! I waited from 1am til 2:30am. Wack!!!

This place is a real hit or miss sometimes. The food is always great, but depending on who's working you might not get your order if you order late. I've ordered plenty of times 10-15 minutes before closing and sometimes they'll take the order and sometimes they'll give some bs excuse and won't. So frustrating, I mean come on if you're gonna clean the ovens and/or send your delivery drivers home a half hour before closing than change your hours to 2:30 am not 3am, because obviously that's a lie!

I used to wait 40 mins and I call the store finally, but they don't even start to do it and they said I need to wait for more 40 mins, and they don't even have any words contains the sorry meaning.

I order from here alot lol like once every two weeks or a week if I'm having a really good month 😆 anyways, I use delivery and their staff is always on point. They usually remember my whole order, only things they'd ever forget we're the red pepper packets but that's not a big deal. They're quick, responsive and they get your order made RIGHT. so bomb. And fast too, granted I live nearby but i still feel like it's awesome fast service. Thank you delivery people for always bringing the food on time, warm and fresh. Love dominos pizza !

Very good and efficient!

Dominos is great for when you don't want to leave the house and just want to relax and have something delivered. They deliver relatively quickly and have a deal where you can get two pizzas for a pretty good price. The more people who go in on the pizza with you the better the price would be. Ordering one pizza by itself for just one serving can get expensive though. I still would say Woodstocks is better quality but you can't beat the quickness of delivery and the price as long as you have other people with you.

Always on time, always hot (almost too hot. That's fresh.) and the delivery guys/gals have always been very nice. 10/10 would buy again. And have.

A normal Domino's Pizza but the service is horrible. They are unfriendly and never try to ask friendly how long does it take until your pizza is finished - they will get mad about it very quickly!

Never try and order any thing with extra anything, the employees take offense, and and give you less than you order, if you complain, and try and get just part of your money back.... they get rude and only provide you with store credit. Stay away from the isla Vista Dominos. They serve you food the way they think you need it...... no matter how you order it.....and get belligerent if you object.

Bad service. Made a totally wrong pizza for the first time, and I had to wait another 20 mins for them to redo the pizza. They still got wrong for my customized pizza for the redo pizza. They didn't let me know when the redo pizza is done and I just kept waiting and waiting there. Time wasted and bad experience!!!

pasta bread bowls are usually undercooked to the point of me accidentally taking entire bites of raw dough. My online order says "ready for pickup" but when I show up it takes another 20 minutes. Eat at Blaze, it is a similar price but with quality ingredients and reliable staff.

The order took almost an hour to deliver and the online tracker never advanced beyond "Order Placed". It was Saturday evening so I can understand. When it arrrived it was still hot - good idea! When I signed my credit card receipt and tried to take the second copy...the driver told me "Corporate policy - we're going eco friendly so you don't get a hardcopy of the CC receipt." What?! How about we go fraud prevention friendly and gie the customer a copy of their credit card receipt? Eco friendly my butt. Oh, yeah - the pizza was actually good, for a Domino's Pizza.

Staff works incredibly fast to get your order, if there's an error, they will make more than up for it. Deliver regardless of how ridiculously close you may be to the store, they do everything in their power to satisfy your order.

Great pizza

I thought Pizza Day was made-up, but in the 40 minutes it took to traverse 5 miles after being 'Checked for Perfection' our order was robbed of it's sauce, mistaken for Maracas and managed to arrive, somehow, both burnt AND cold.

When you and your roommate are just too poor to afford Woodstock's, this is an excellent alternative. Their prices are about right, and they almost always have awesome deals if you look for them. Right now is the pick 2 for $5.99 each. Of course I'm choosing the 2 mediums with 2 toppings each. They do not skimp out on the garlic oil on the crust of the pizza. I know so many places in Los Angeles do that for whatever reason, but this place does NOT. Buy some good budget pizza...4 stars.

I've been ordering from here for a while now and 99% of the time I get my order the way I want it. That 1% is for human error, since we humans are not perfect BUT, they always seem to get it right for me. I've gotten both, delivery and pick up which always leads to a satisfied stomach. They always put sufficient toppings, cheese, and bread seasoning. As for the time... it takes time to make pizza, this ain't no fast food pizza. For every time I have ordered, the suggested time for pickup/delivery has always been correct, sometimes even sooner. Overall 5/5, great job to all the staff that make it right for the customer.

Awesome late night pizza service

Decent place, the service is not always the fastest but it's good. I have only been a couple of times. There is a loud speaker outside which is extremely loud and hurts my ears whenever I have been there to eat. If it wasn't for the speaker it would be great to eat outside this place.
